Making your site
Follow the steps in class to create an account. You don't have to use your full name (or real name for that matter) but you do need to use a real email account (used if you lose your password).
Create a password for the site: Nothing too easy but one you hopefully won't forget.
Name it : Your real name+ Portfolio (I need to see your name when I go to see it)
Come up with your URL. Use the first selection because its free.
If you are in more than one Media lab class (Cinema, Media and Computer Science) you only need to make one portfolio.
Choose a design them that you like. (Design Tab- All Themes)
Add pages for each course if you are in more than one.
As you complete a project , make a new page under that subject. For example, Cinema students are making a movie poster. They can have a page called Photoshop or Digital Design to upload the finished poster to.
Decorate your headers to make it more your own
Note: You are welcome to add other graphic designs that you have done outside of class but this is not a personal website, it's a portfolio. So please try to keep it related to the courses and use common sense in what you display images.
Also be sure to get the parental permission form signed before publishing.
